  • Do I need to have artwork ready?
    Our artists have the full capability to create your artwork from scratch. However, it is best to have an idea of the style you are looking for, as well as example photos or prints. If you give us a call, we will tell you how to share those with us before your appointment, so we can make any needed adjustments for placement before you are physically in the shop with us!
  • Can I come in today?
    At iNK LNK Tattoo Parlor we do accept walk-in appointments. However, for the smoothest visit it would be best to give us a heads up! Give us a call quick to make sure we have time to accommodate your custom tattoo or piercing - that way we will have time to get your artwork ready for you and there will be less waiting time in the shop :)
  • How old do I have to be to get a tattoo or piercing?
    According to NYS law, you must be 18 or older to receive a tattoo or piercing without a parent or guardian present to sign our waiver with you.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
